The setup is weird and confusing, most of the shops and restaurants were closed and it was a Thursday early evening. I don’t judge casinos based on winning because that’s such a random thing that it’s not the fault of the casino, but everything else tied to the casino was an awful experience. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were extremely delayed and non existent personality wise. I never signed up for a card because the line was ridiculous and I felt they didnt want my business. They moved the players club into the cage which is an obnoxious thing casinos have started to do. From the start we didn’t like the setup where the hotel is completely isolated from the casino floor, which has an annoying id check system every single time you enter, even when you have been in and out of the casino multiple times in one day. We have stayed at circus circus in Las Vegas and that was better. This is the worst hotel room and casino we ever been too, all wrapped into one place. We are huge casino resort lovers and visit our local casinos and Vegas regularly. This was the worst part of our road trip.
